SPRINGFIELD - Ipswich U16 Force 2 Fundraiser 'Sip and Paint your mate Picasso Style'

Here at our Sip and Dip we offer FUN art not FINE art, enjoy a guided learn to make class!

Spend the night with us in a fabulous fusion of food, wine and paint as we raise money for Ipswich U16 Ipswich Force 2 Basketball team as you learn to paint your mate 'Picasso Style'!

No previous experience is required, we show you step by step what to do - roll solo and meet new people or come as a group - the more the merrier!

TOTAL PRICE: $65

DEPOSIT PAYABLE TO BOOK: $40

FINAL PAYMENT DUE AT THE EVENT: $25

Included in the price of all tickets on offer on the evening is:

- a $10 donation to Ipswich Force Womens NBL1 Basketball team (made on your behalf)

- Your Art class & teacher to guide you

- All the equipment and materials you will need for the class

- Dinner from the sip 'n' dip menu (served on arrival before your class starts)

- a glass of wine

- a 40x50cm canvas to create and take home

How dose the timing of the event run?

We eat first then we art after, on arrival, you will order your meal and collect your glass of wine, and once everyone has concluded eating (approximately the first 45 mins of your event) we kick off the art class! Feel free to grab another glass of wine while you wait for class to start. In your class, you will be guided to create a Picasso Styled portrait of your mate!

Hows the ticketing work?

You will pay a deposit to hold your spot, and finalise your payment on arrival at the venue at $25 a head which will cover your dinner and glass of wine. A full bar is available on-site if you wish to purchase further drinks and cocktail specials run all night for our classes.

CLASS FAQ

Traveling with your work

For the Sip and Paint class, we recommend an old towel in the boot to allow you to lay your work flat without transferring any wet paint to your car as it is difficult to remove once dried.

Parking

There is plenty of parking available on-site at no cost to you.

What to wear to class?

Please wear old clothing, with long sleeves, you are attending an art class and should dress accordingly. Paint can be difficult to remove - we can not provide aprons at this time due to covid restrictions although this may chance between now and your class.

Can I pre-order a meal?

No, the venue provides a special discounted menu for Sip 'n' Dip Classes and it changes seasonally. If you have special dietary requirements we recommend you contact them directly, Facebook is the quickest way to get a reply you can visit their page here.

What happens if I can't make it?

You can find the terms and conditions here. Like all events there is a huge amount of expense that goes into making them happen outside the basic costs of the materials. Please be aware you will lose your deposit if you cancel within 7 days and credits do not apply.

What size is this class

Classes will vary between 10- 100 people depending on how popular the event is, we will simply send additional teachers as class numbers grow to accommodate the numbers. Social Distancing applies unless otherwise stated, singles are very welcome to sit with other singles (we automatically group singles with other singles).
